On 1^stof March local time, Mr. Cui Aimin, the ambassador to Angola, Mr. Li Guangming, the counselor visited SK department with the companies of Mr. Liu Yanming and Tang Yimin, the vice-general managers of the company to guide and inspect the construction development of the project.

Mr. Ambassador arrived at N’zeto 400KV substation, N’zeto 60KV substation, followed by visiting the construction site of 220KV circuit and substation from N’zeto to Mubazha Congo, especially inspected the construction progress, quality, working and living conditions parts etc.

After the site inspection, Mr. Cui was informed that the first stage of SK has already completed and put into operation which could provide the electricity for residents of N’zeto and Soyo, Zaire. He affirmed the achievements the department had made in short time and indicated that the completion of stage I ended up the history of instability of local people and the substantial effort Sinohydro Bureau 4 have made to improve the friendship between China and Angola and to enhance the competitiveness and publicity of Chinese enterprises in Angola, even global markets. He also encouraged the SK department to make persistent efforts to guarantee the timely delivery of stage II with high efficiency.

The staff is ready to move forward for further achievements with high standard and quality to complete the project for Angola people.
